Pelgulinna Tervisemaja currently hosts pharmacy Südameapteek while the fifth and sixth floors are home to Läänemere Hambakliinik. In the coming weeks, additional healthcare providers such as Fertilitas, Telliskivi Perearstikeskus, Minu Kliinik, Estendo and Promelauks will begin offering their services, further expanding the range of medical care available to the community.
Designed and built by professionals
The total investment for the project amounted to approximately 6 million euros. The building was designed by renowned architect Ralf Tamm, with Tesron Ehitus serving as the general contractor for the construction. Pelgulinna Health House is a proprietary development of Domus Kinnisvara, and the investment is managed by its subsidiary, Domus FND.
