This Privacy Policy regulates the principles of collection, processing and storage of personal data. Personal data is collected, processed, used and stored by the data controller Pelgulinna Tervisemaja OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

The Privacy Policy is based on the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR. The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to ensure customer privacy in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the legislation of the European Union.

Collection and use of personal data

Personal data is any information relating to an unambiguously identified or identifiable living natural person (for example, name, telephone number, postal address, e-mail address).

The Company collects personal data directly from data subjects (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) with their consent by telephone, meeting or e-mail, via the enquiry form on the website and the newsletter and when entering into sales, rental or other contracts and orders. In addition to the foregoing, the Company has the right to collect data about the Customer that is available in public registers.

The Company uses automated data collection tools (e.g. the website analytics tool Google Analytics), including cookies (which record website use activity) and other tracking tools, which contribute to optimising the Company’s website user experience and thereby ensure a better quality of services provided to the Customer.

The Company collects and processes personal data for the purposes of providing a service to the Customer, performing a contract entered into with an individual, contacting the Customer, building and maintaining a customer base, marketing and fulfilling legal obligations.

The Company may only send news, offers and other communications to the Customer’s email address with the Customer’s prior consent or to provide the Customer with a similar service. The information will be sent to the Customer until the Customer requests the termination of the aforementioned activities or otherwise opts out (for example, leaves the target group of newsletter recipients).

The Customer shall have the right to request that the Company provide them with information about the use of their personal data, correct inaccurate personal data and stop processing their personal data. The Customer has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time. To this end, the Customer may send a respective letter using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

The Company also collects impersonal data, i.e. data that cannot be directly linked to a specific individual (gender, age, language preference, location) and data that are made anonymous in such a way that the data subject cannot be identified.
